  Horrible customer service. Bought an appliance and trying to change delivery date. Impossible to talk to a person. Put on hold for over 20 minutes. Had to hang up.

  As someone who is at at The Home Depot four to five days a week I like this store. Has a good selection of products and great service. The kitchen designers are wonderful. The store management keeps the store clean and in stock with contractor quantities readily available. Pro desk here is responsive to contractors needs and the tool rental has a nice selection of tools you need but don’t necessarily want to shell out the cash for. The garden department seems to be in good condition even when busy. Parking is an issue when busy. Overall I highly recommend this Home Depot.

  The store manager Ernie Jojo was very helpful and friendly. We had bought a snowblower a few months ago and didn’t have the receipt. However, he helped us and managed to exchange the snowblower with a different one. My experience was beyond my expectations and I really recommend checking out this Home Depot.
