  NOT RECOMMEND - BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE This place reminders me of car dealerships on Rt 22 in the 70's & 80's. All the sale associates swarm at you when you enter the building and most will tell you anything to make a sale. Their sales pitch is to tell that they worked out a great deal by marking everything up to a price that nobody pays then discounting that to a price that is still expensive. They will push their high interest Raymor & Flanagan credit card on you. Their 45 day mattress guarantee should be reviewed by consumer affairs. If you buy something you have to sign more paperwork than a home loan. The customer service was like bad customer service from the 70's & 80's Mr. Raymour & Mr. Flanagan need to make company policy changes or their stores will be closing. Please no management response needed, it's not going to change anything.

  A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE - we moved from an apartment into a new home in the area and as such, needed to furnish it with furniture for each room. Beware - Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We felt absolutely helpless with limited assistance from Raymour. No one seemed to know what was going on or how to resolved it. Our orders were broken up into 5 deliveries, which was understood. However, nothing arrived on-time and there were no calls to say they were running late. Each delivery had issues with missing items. In one instance, they tried to deliver 2 of the same couches when we had only ordered 1. The cherry on top was our kitchen table. They delivered half of it and explained the base was delayed and would be delivered shortly. Weeks later, I get call to schedule delivery the very next day. Then, on delivery day I get a call saying that the item has been discontinued and would not be fulfilled. Meanwhile, its been two months since I ordered the table and have half of it sitting on my kitchen floor. What a disaster of an organization. If you are looking for 1 or 2 items, you will probably be fine. If you are looking to place a larger order, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and save yourself the hassle, headaches, and stress.
